Common questions
How do I join?
Enter the PIN that was posted to your address at thecommunitypool.co.uk/join, choose a plan, and subscribe with secure Stripe checkout — then download the app to chat with your provider.
My road isn't enrolled yet — can I still join?
Yes — use the "Request your road" option in the app or contact us at hello@thecommunitypool.co.uk. We'll enrol your street and post PINs within a week.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any subscription any time before your next billing date — no lock-ins, no penalties.
How do I pay?
Subscriptions are paid monthly by card through our secure website checkout (not the app). One-off items (pooling orders, handymen jobs) can be paid cash on delivery or by card (+50p card fee).
Is there a minimum number of households?
No minimum to join individually, but group services like Hedges & Lawns are cheaper when 2+ neighbours on your road sign up.
